If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange - items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and obtain proof of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless any items are faulty, in which case we will reimburse you in full.
